After some great work over the last couple of months from year 3 and year 6 students, the overgrown raised borders at The Bemrose Primary School are beginning to come into their own.
With their exposed site, very free-draining soil and the dry weather this spring it’s been a challenge for some of the plants to establish, but now that they’re growing students have been really excited to watch their progress.
Big favourites are the mint and sage- or the toothpaste and stuffing plants, as they have been renamed by students!
